Return & Refund Policy
Return and refund will not be accepted. However, we can do repairments if the products sold is faulty or damaged. Courier fee will be bared by purchaser.
Only item(s) which meets the following criteria will be eligible for a repair.
- Item(s) purchase within one month, sold item exceeds one month warranty will be extra charges for repair.
- All the accessories/beads must be attached with complete packaging (There will be extra charges if there's missing accessories/beads)
**One Dot Studio reserves the right to deny a repair if the item(s) do not meet the repair policy requirements above.**
